Good to know.

Is Wayforge really free for tradespeople?

Yes. Tradespeople never pay to use Wayforge. Businesses pay for access to candidates, and that's how we keep it free for you.

Is my Wayforge log my official apprenticeship record?

No. It's a personal record that you control and can take anywhere. Your official hours and licenses still come from your program and your state licensing board.

I run a school or training program. Can we work together?

Yes, we'd like to. Sign up as a school or program and tell us about your program. We'll reach out personally about how Wayforge can work for your students. It's always free for them.

I'm a business. What will it cost?

No placement fees and no percentage of salary. There will be a range of options, from paying to view individual candidates all the way up to subscription plans with more advanced access, so you pay for what fits your hiring. Pilot businesses will see pricing before anyone else.

When does Wayforge launch?

In 2027. Wayforge isn't live yet. Pilot members get access first.

Will Wayforge be available in my state?

That's the plan. We're growing state by state toward all 50, and early interest helps decide where we go next.

My trade isn't listed. Can I still join?

Yes. Choose "Other" and tell us your trade. We add trades all the time and build each one's path with up-to-date requirements for where you work.
